What is Sunekos?

Sunekos is a dermal filler for medical cosmetic use with a unique formula containing both hyaluronic acid and amino acids. Its properties facilitate regeneration of the extra cellular matrix within the dermis by stimulating collagen and elastin production. Sunekos offers many anti ageing benefits for skin tissues including elasticity and volume restoration, hydration, rejuvenation and damaged skin repair. Two formulas are available which may also be used in combination:

Sunekos 200

Sunekos 200 is a natural volume and elasticity restorer which is also effective in treating wrinkles in many different facial areas, particularly those of the forehead and peri ocular region around the eyes. Its versatility allows for treatments to the neck, décolleté and hands too. Sunekos 200 can also be used in combination with Sunekos 1200

Sunekos 1200

With a molecular density of 1.2 Mi Dalton Sunekos 1200 is not only a natural anti oxidant, capable of protecting fibroblasts from oxidation but also capable of repairing damaged skin. Sunekos 1200 is indicated for moderate to severe wrinkles and/or volme loss in the skin tissues of the face, neck and hands. For particularly severe wrinkles or volume loss Sunekos 200 and Sunekos 1200 can be combined in a single treatmetn plan.

Where can Sunekos be injected?

Sunekos is a highly versatile dermal filler. Its protective, repairing and restorative properties apply universally for the face, neck and body. Sunekos treatments for the face includes forehead lines, crow’s feet, peri orbital lines, periocular region (including tear trough, palpebromalar groove and zygomatic wrinkles), infra orbital wrinkles, per oral lines, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, oral commissures and mandible lines as well as décolletté wrinkles. Skin tissue volume improvements can be achieved for the neck and hands with Sunekos injections

How long do Sunekos treatments last?

Treatments may last for up to 6 months depending on the severity of wrinkles or volume loss and the actual Sunekos product and dose. Other factors to consider are overall skin health, lifestyle, genetics and general well being.

How many Sunekos treatments will I need?

Improvements may be seen following a single treatment session. We recommend a course of up to 2-4 Sunekos treatment sessions 7-14 days apart for optimal outcomes. For severely damaged skin, wrinkles or volume loss an initial course of 4 treatment sessions is recommended with further, ongoing treatment sessions recommended.

Is Sunekos safe and effective?

Clinical studies have proven Sunekos to be highly effective and safe for intra dermal skin tissue injections of the face, neck, hands and décolleté.

What is the recovery time with Sunekos?

Sunekos treatments have no relative recovery time. You can resume normal daily activities immediately following any Sunekos dermal filler treatment.

Are Sunekos injections painful?

Sunekos injections are relatively pain free. The special hyaluronic acid and amino acid formula allows for a smaller needle compared to other dermal fillers and skin boosters, thus, further reducing discomfort

What are the side effects of Sunekos?

Sunekos 200 and Sunekos 1200 formulas have displayed no particular side effects. As with all dermal filler injections it is possible to experience redness, swelling and minor bruising at the injection site(s).
