Dermaroller® is a medical grade micro skin needling device that can perform a variety of skin rejuvenation treatments. Dermaroller® works by piercing the uppermost layers of the skin as it passes across the surface. The micro needling action produces a series of microscopic holes. The body interprets this as an injury which induces the production of collagen and elastin to produce new skin cells.
